South Shore Surf: will be 5 to 8 feet through Monday.
West Shore Surf: will be 4 to 6 feet lowering to 3 to 5 feet Monday.
North Shore Surf: will rise to 3 to 5 feet Monday.
East Shore Surf: will be 3 to 6 feet through Monday.
Outlook through Saturday Sep 13. A series of south to southeast swells will maintain surf at or near advisory level of 8 feet for the south facing shores through Tuesday. A small north-northwest swell will bump the surf up a few feet Monday along north facing shores.
Surf heights are forecast heights of the face or front of waves. The surf forecast is based on the significant wave height in the zone of maximum refraction. Some waves may be more than twice as high as the significant wave height. Expect to encounter rip currents in or near any surf zone.
